Information about the processing of personal data

Citronex Trans Energy Sp. z o.o processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as RODO).

Contact
The Administrator processes personal data in order to carry out correspondence with persons who contact by phone, electronically (e.g. contact form, chat) or via e-mail. The Administrator answers questions, provides information, responds to inquiries, sends requested information. This purpose is the Administrator's legitimate interest referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
Data processed for contact purposes are kept for the time necessary to complete the contact/answer questions/send the ordered material, and then until the end of the calendar year following the year in which the matter was resolved or the contact ended. Correspondence is kept for such a period of time for purposes of evidence, securing claims or defense against claims, which also constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator as referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.

Through the portals we contact their users and present content to promote our own activities (including: informing about new events), publish recruitment announcements, which is the Company's legitimate interest to enable contact with portal users, promote its own activities and inform about them. Through the portals, the Administrator may also conduct contests in which the user participates voluntarily. We process personal data of users of the portals who visit the Administrator's profiles or interact with them (likes, comments, sent messages). For example, if you like a post and/or comment on it, please note that this is visible to other users of the portals. Personal data is stored until you object to further processing by clicking "dislike", revoking the liking of an entry or deleting a comment on an entry and then for the period required until the expiration of the statute of limitations for any claims related to the purposes of processing.
